N.B. The interior is a non-smoking environment and we ask smokers to use the outside terrace only.

   RATES INCLUDE:

  • Full use of the accommodation's facilities (satellite tv, CD/Radio, use of library, private terrace, outside bbq, well-equipped kitchen with washing machine, oven, creamic hob, microwave and kettle, air-conditioning in Summer, heating unit and radiators in Winter)
  • Bedlinen (cotton sheets in Summer, warm duvets in Winter)
  • Bath Towels
  • Beach Towels (in season)
  • Starter pack of loo roll
  • Cleaning and preparation of accommodation

If you would like a change of bedlinen, towels or the house to be cleaned during the course of your stay, this can be arranged at a rate of 10€ per hour

  MAKING A BOOKING IS EASY!

WE WILL NEED:

  • The names of all those travelling in your party
  • Your home address and telephone number
  • Your mobile number just in case we need to contact you either prior to or during your stay
  • Depature time is 10:00 and arrival time is 14:00.  Please advise if your arrival time is later.
  • 20% deposit required at the time of booking
  • The outstanding amount is payable in cash on arrival

Once we have received the requested information and deposit, we then forward our Information Pack with our contact details, how and where to find us in Arcos, getting to Arcos, parking, restaurants, Supermarkets, banks etc.
