Very pleasant apartment - great location! 
We've enjoyed our week here, having more than a single room to roam, for more than a single night.  Particularly enjoyed Arcos - and the easy day trips to the white villages, Cadiz, Jerez & Seville.  Andalucia is beautiful!

We've also enjoyed meeting our hostess who is very knowledgable about everything local, history and culture.

We have luxuriated in Arcos after non-stop explorations of Barcelona, Bilbao, Santiago, Madrid & Granada, 6 weeks in all.  We have really enjoyed the opportunity to review and relax. 

Arcos is beautiful.  Your home was perfect and the BBC News was even relaxing!!  The hilltop landscape and narrow lane explorations filled our days so easily between extended reading on the verandah. 

We found the "Three-Cornered Hat" Museum and the Flamenco Bar exciting.  We were reading Cervantes & Zafón in the right place and loved the Delicia Rosa's bread - fabulous.

Thank you for your lovely hospitality - the cava and roses for our Honeymoon was such a thoughtful gesture. 

The apartment has been a perfect base for us - well appointed, comfortable and we couldn't ask for a more spectacular view.

Everyone in Arcos has been so friendly and after a few days we felt as if we were truly part of the neighbourhood.
We loved the Italian restaurant (Caprese, Bolognese & pizza are our faves) and the little pub next door.

And we did enjoy our meal at the Arab place on C/ Boliches!

This has proved to be a perfect ending to our holiday in Spain.  We have thoroughly enjoyed our three nights at your house, very comfortable and a great location.  We always managed to get a parking place in the "plaza", the gentleman working there was very helpful!!  The highlight of our stay was a visit to Grazalema, a stunning location and lovely pool, the girls loved it!  This is our second trip to this part of Spain and I suspect we will visit again as it is so easy to travel around.  Thank you for all your help and information which proved to be very useful.  The weather has been glorious, it will be hard to return to the UK today and experience cool weather again!

Merci!  Merci!  Et encore Merci!  You are so nice.  Your warm welcome to Arcos de al Frontera will be rememberd forever!  Andalucia has conquered our hearts.  It seems like we have known you for a long time.  It was one of our travel plans to visit Spain and you have played a major role in making our vacation a huge success.  We will definitely tell our friends, colleagues and family about Andalucia´s best kept secret: la casa de Visit Arcos in Arcos de la Frontera.

Thanks for your sound advice on things/places we should see and visit. Your house is beautiful and very comfortable. We certainly want to come back to Spain in the future.  During our long and cold winter in Canada, our souvenirs and pictures of Spain will keep us warm, as much as the mint tea we bought in Tangiers, Morocco.

We have to say that living on the side of a cliff for a full week was an amazing experience - and totally unexpected though we'd seen all the photos!  I think we've visited every "pueblo blanco" and then some as well as every back road Spain has to offer - our GPS (rental) seemed to love them :)  From the amazing sunflowers against the miles of wind turbines, to the burkas and prayer psalms of Tangier, this has been a truly amazing trip.  Each day ended with getting lost in Arcos and trying to find parking at 1am when all of Spain just seems to be coming alive.  Thank you for rescuing us with a driver on that first night after we drove all over Arcos - including some roads the locals "patched" for us to continue.  We are sorry we never had a chance to meet your other half but you are both welcome to stay with us on the Gulf of Mexico any time.

Although we have visited Spain many times this was our first rental experience and we couldn't have wished for anything better!  From the warm welcome to the beautiful house, to the fantastic view of which we never tired, to the delightful and charming town of Arcos itself, our week here has been nothing short of superb, including several longish (hot!) walks from near Lidl to C/ Maldonado!  This excercise of course counter-balanced by regular purchases from the "Delicia Rosa" patisserie!
Arcos has proved to be a superb base from which to explore much of the Costa de la Luz and we've enjoyed visits to Cádiz (fell in love with this city!), Chipiona and Cabo Trafalgar to name a few.

Thank you both again for everything, we hope to return soon!

We had a wonderful time exploring Arcos and the views from the patio will be remembered for a lifetime.  On our last day we did a motor tour to Ronda (not to be missed) and then down to San Pedro (on the Costa del Sol) and we simply drove through the ugliness of this area and turned North on the A-377 and took the mountain roads back to Grazalema - a long drive, but it was fantastic to see this region - absolutely beautiful all the way.  The hillside of Gaucin had to be our favourite.  There was little traffic and it took us 10 leisurely hours for the entire day, arriving back here at 8:30pm.  The house, the nice little touches - thank you so much - it made our stay so comfortable.  Perhaps some day we will return - thanks for being a part of our memories.
